iTrain Asia Launches New Digital Credentialing Initiative with Credly

CLient Launch 1

iTrain Asia Singapore, the leading certifications body and content provider of digital transformation in Asia, today launched a blockchain-enabled digital credential for its certification holders. Individuals who complete the courses and earn a passing score with iTrain Asia and its Authorised Training Partner (ATP) and Authorised Academy Partner (AAP) worldwide will obtain iTrain Asia’s digital credential.

“By providing a secure, digital representation of iTrain Asia certifications, our certification holders can easily manage, share and make use of their credentials within their networks, across social media platforms and on their resumes,” said Eric Ku, Executive Director of iTrain Asia. “For employers, our new digital badges make it easy to identify individuals with the skills they need, and to verify that those skills are relevant and up-to-date.”

iTrain Asia is working with Credly, the digital credentialing leader, to provide digital badges for successful trainees to have ownership of their achievements.

Credly works with top global training providers, credential issuers, associations and academic institutions that are similarly focused on the power of verified skills and achievements. Credly’s Acclaim platform transforms knowledge, skills and achievements into digital credentials that empower individuals to connect with learning and career opportunities.

“Now more than ever, it’s essential to provide individuals the ability to easily trade on the currency of their knowledge and skills,” said Jonathan Finkelstein, CEO of Credly. “iTrain Asia’s new digital credentials on the Credly network will provide value to both individuals and employers by connecting current, relevant skills to hiring managers in an ever-changing job market.”

Credly’s leadership in making opportunities more accessible, while making talents more visible, greatly supports iTrain Asia’s visions of helping companies and individuals stay outfitted with the latest digital competencies.
